Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

1. Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased with a Credit or Debit Card.

If you have purchased an automatically renewing Membership on www.brittindia.com, and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by logging in to www.brittindia.com. Click on the "Your Profile" tab at the top of the page to access the "Account Details" page. Scroll down to the "Your Membership" area and click on "Change" and select "Cancel Recurring Membership." Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your automatically renewing annual subscription and receive a refund, you must email us your request within thirty (30) days from your initial purchase or in the case of a renewal, in not more than thirty (30) days after your renewal date. We will terminate your Premium Membership at the time of refund and your account will revert to Basic Membership.

Automatically renewing monthly Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will expire within thirty (30) days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

Non-Renewing Subscriptions

If you wish to cancel your annual non-renewing subscription and request a full refund, you must email us to cancel your subscription within thirty (30) days from your initial purchase. We will terminate your Membership at the time of the refund and your account will revert to Basic Membership.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Subscription Fees for a Membership purchased on our website will not be refunded if the membership has been cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Use Agreement.
